Customer Support Specialist Role

About the Role:
* Handle inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
* Monitor and prioritize group mailboxes to ensure all inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly.
* Deliver first-line troubleshooting for customer issues across the assigned product range by diagnosing problems and asking targeted questions to reach resolution.
* Accurately document all customer interactions, complaints, and inquiries in line with procedures.
* Communicate investigation results to customers via clear, well-structured written reports and phone conversations.
* Resolve issues within agreed timelines, meeting key performance indicators for both individual and team targets.
* Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
* Build and maintain specialist knowledge in assigned product areas and share expertise with colleagues.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in any medical/clinical setting or a customer-facing customer support role.
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences while managing technical complaints.
* Fluency in Norwegian is essential.
