Project Manager: Large-Scale Architectural Developments
We are seeking a highly experienced architect to lead the delivery of large-scale, multimillion-euro leisure developments in Dublin city centre. The successful candidate will join our team and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards and current regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Lead project teams and manage large-scale architectural developments.
2. Collaborate with main contractors and stakeholders to coordinate site execution, detailing, compliance inspections.
The ideal candidate will have
* a minimum 10 years' experience as an architect,
* proficiency in Revit software,
* a proven track record delivering large-scale projects,
and strong technical contract administration skills including knowledge of Irish Building Regulations.
