Personal Lines Renewal Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Personal Lines team at a General Insurance Broker.
* Handle inbound sales inquiries and outbound calls too, ensuring excellent customer service is provided across all channels.
* Manage the sales process for new prospects, from initial engagement through to successful placement of insurance policies.
* Deal with customers' inquiries face-to-face, over the phone or via web chat, providing timely and accurate information.
* Offer a complete range of insurance products including car, van, motor, house, farm and more, ensuring customers are provided with suitable solutions to meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications such as APA, CIP, or be working towards one of these qualifications.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound sales inquiries, managing the sales process for new prospects, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
