Customer Services Administrator – 10 month contractZurich Life Assurance plc is seeking a Customer Services Administrator focused on understanding and responding to customer needs.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
Successful candidates will gain comprehensive knowledge of the workings of a life insurance office by working in a dynamic environment handling queries and requests related to products such as Corporate and Individual Pensions, Investments, & Protection Plans.
Initially, full-time attendance in the office is required, but over time, the role will evolve into a hybrid model.

Your RoleYour main responsibilities as a Customer Services Administrator will include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring customer satisfaction is a priorityDealing with clients, members, brokers, employers, and other stakeholders via phoneProcessing client/member requests throughout the policy lifecycle, ensuring compliance with product rules and company proceduresHandling complaintsCollaborating with other departments such as Sales, Propositions, Compliance to improve processesYour Skills and ExperienceCandidates should have:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phoneThe ability to work effectively in a teamStrong organizational skills, results-driven, capable of meeting tight deadlinesProficiency in Outlook, Word, and ExcelThird-level qualification in a relevant field (to be confirmed)Willingness to undertake relevant professional qualifications meeting Central Bank Minimum Competency RequirementsPrevious experience in a customer-facing role is advantageousAdditional InformationThe primary work location is Blackrock, Dublin, with initial office-based work for at least four to six months.
