Scopely is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Star Trek Fleet Command team within our Midcore division, based in Ireland, Spain, Portugal, or the UK, with hybrid/remote options.

What You Will Do
As the Senior Product Manager, you will be the product owner for monetisation and engagement initiatives, managing the roadmap and execution of monthly events, sales, and player-facing features to ensure they are engaging and high-performing. You will collaborate with teams across Game Design, Marketing, Operations, Economy, and Data Science to create exceptional player experiences aligned with business goals.
* Own content and performance strategy for monthly events and offers, aligning with player motivations, economic balance, and KPIs.
* Manage the content calendar, coordinating with Product Ops, Art, and Design to deliver quality experiences on time.
* Utilise data and experimentation to optimise monetisation, engagement, and retention across the player lifecycle.
* Analyse player behaviour across geographies and platforms to personalise and segment content effectively.
* Work with economy and systems teams to align content with progression goals and prevent inflation.
* Partner with UX, Research, and Community teams to understand player sentiment and improve products.
* Set KPIs for live operations and iterate based on performance data.
* Develop business cases for new initiatives, including research and revenue forecasts.
* Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of product excellence and collaboration.
What We're Looking For
* Extensive product management experience, especially with live operations in F2P mobile games.
* Proven success in managing monetisation and engagement systems, including event design and lifecycle management.
* Strong data analysis skills, translating metrics into strategic actions.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience aligning diverse teams around a shared vision.
* Deep player empathy, with experience in user research and community feedback.
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams including creative, design, and engineering.
Bonus Points
* Experience with long-running games or MMOs.
* Knowledge of segmentation, CRM, or behavioural targeting tools.
* Background in game economics, systems, or design theory.
