Skills Required:QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate (or equivalent) – in ElectricalA minimum of 5 years experience in a fast-paced commercial environmentKnowledge of construction documentation with the ability to interpret site drawingsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on ExcelMain Duties:Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel and subcontractorsPlan and oversee the work timeline to meet the requirements of the projectTake responsibility for health and safety on site and lead by exampleCo-ordinate labour, plant, machinery and materialsSupervise site activityIdentify materials and equipment that may be requiredEnsure that works are carried out accurately, following the plans and specificationsConduct quality control inspectionsOversee the co-ordination of subcontractor activities
