Pastry Chef Role
As a key member of our culinary team, you will prepare high-quality desserts, breads, pastries and baked goods in our award-winning kitchen. We combine contemporary Irish cooking with a strong respect for tradition, focusing on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
Responsibilities
* Prepare a variety of sweet and savory treats to the highest standard
* Develop creative seasonal dessert menus in collaboration with the Head Chef and Kitchen Team
Chef de Partie Position
You will be responsible for managing your designated section with efficiency and consistency, preparing dishes to a high standard according to our restaurant's specifications.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a pastry chef or within a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Commis Chef Opportunity
As a Commis Chef, you will support senior chefs in daily food preparation and learn and grow within a supportive, professional kitchen environment.
