Keelings is hiring experienced Team Leader for full time roles in St. Margaret's, Co.
Dublin.
Shift Pattern:
6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am.
You will be expected to work all of the above shifts, rostered any 5 over 7, including weekends and nights depending on business requirements.
There is a night premium and Sunday premium.
Purpose of the Role
Leadership and management of the production line team members to achieve our business goals and objectives on a continuous basis and always seeking and implementing ways to improve, promoting Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration.
Main Responsibilities
Keep the workplace and work practice safe, clean and hygienic
Comply with Health and Safety standards
Sustain compliance standards (Team/Machine/Environment), for all Daily and customer Audits
Service the customer with DOT and No Shorts
Overall Equipment Efficiency – Drive Machine up-time
Achieve efficiency targets for line and team
Excellent communication with team to understand goals and targets on a continuous basis.
Coaching and development of Line Team members
Drive performance of the team and line to maximise efficiency
KBSII & OEE System use
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience as a Team Leader in a food (or similar) production environment
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Good standard of numeracy
Ability to prioritize and multitask
