Job Title: Deputy Care Services Manager
The role of the Deputy Care Services Manager is to provide leadership and support in the absence of the Residential Service Manager. This includes deputising as required, assisting with management duties, and promoting a culture of quality assurance within the location.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development of individual personal plans for each service user to ensure high-quality care delivery. • Assist the RSM in managing budget allocation to meet the needs of service users while providing best value.
* In the RSM's absence, be responsible for efficient and effective day-to-day management of operations.
* Promote the ethos and culture throughout your location by maintaining effective relationships with families, agencies, staff members – plus building on existing knowledge base through continuous learning.
