Partner closely with Project Management, Project Controls and Operations leadership to align engineering systems, reporting and delivery priorities.
Strengthen project governance and quality assurance across disciplines through project review plans, design reviews, audits, timely close-out of corrective actions and structured lessons learned—embedding continuous improvement across the portfolio.
Champion health, safety and environmental stewardship, ensuring designs and installations meet corporate and regulatory requirements and reflect best practice.
Support projects end-to-end, contributing to engineering specifications, drawings, procedures, tender documentation, capital requests and purchasing compliance when needed.
Contribute to winning work—supporting technical sales, proposals and client presentations—while ensuring bids follow proposal procedures and GDPR requirements.

A third‑level degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams in pharmaceuticals; exposure to other regulated sectors (e.g., medical devices, microelectronics) is a plus.
A track record overseeing multiple high‑value projects simultaneously while being able to think strategically and act operationally.
Strong capability in resource utilisation and forecasting.
Commercial awareness, including experience with equipment procurement, construction contracts, bid governance and client‑focused delivery.
Confident stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to present clearly to clients and internal leaders.
A continuous‑improvement mindset (Lean experience or willingness to learn), with a strong commitment to quality, safe working and professional development.
Summary (key Points)
