Key Roles
This position within the Motor Division involves desktop administration, investigation, and negotiation of motor claims, as well as handling complaints for a key motor client.
Responsibilities
* Manage proactively a portfolio of 150+ bodily injury and third-party motor damage files, meeting closure and quality targets.
* Experience with complaint handling and familiarity with CPC requirements is advantageous.
* Conduct liability investigations and determinations.
* Investigate and settle claims efficiently and compliantly.
* Manage relationships with suppliers/vendors.
* Provide excellent customer service to clients.
* Collaborate with team members and liaise with clients and other departments.
* Represent the business professionally and positively.
* Maintain a positive attitude amid challenges and changing needs.
* Be flexible with time and willing to travel as needed.
Qualifications/Skills
* CIP qualification in insurance.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience handling bodily injury and third-party motor damage claims.
* Understanding of PIAB and litigation processes.
* Decision-making and numeric skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
* Motivated, proactive, and influential.
* Problem-solving skills.
* Client-oriented with attention to detail.
