We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our growing Solar PV team. This role is critical in managing customer enquiries, qualifying leads, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from first contact through to technical site assessment.You will act as the first point of contact for prospective solar customers, supporting the sales team by validating leads, educating customers on solar solutions and grants, and coordinating site surveys. Solar industry experience is desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Customer EngagementAct as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.Professionally qualify and validate sales leads based on eligibility, property suitability, budget, and timeframe.Provide clear, accurate information on Solar PV systems, battery storage, EV chargers, financing options, and available grant supports.Prioritise and assign qualified leads to the sales team in line with internal criteria.Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.Pre-Installation CoordinationSchedule technical site surveys and remote assessments with customers and sales consultants.Confirm appointment details and manage survey calendars efficiently.Issue appointment confirmations and reminders to reduce cancellations and no-shows.Clearly explain the site survey process and set customer expectations ahead of visits.Manage rescheduling requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.Sales & Operations SupportSupport sales consultants with pre-survey information, documentation, and customer follow-ups.Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.Assist with general sales administration as required.Key Skills & ExperienceEssentialStrong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy.Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving approach.Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and scheduling tools.DesirablePrevious experience in the Solar PV, renewables, or energy sector.Sales support, call centre, or customer service experience.Knowledge of SEAI grants or similar incentive schemes.Experience coordinating appointments or field teams.What We OfferCompetitive salary of €30,000 -€35,000 Per Annum.Full training provided, including solar PV systems and grant processes.Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding renewable energy company.Supportive, team-oriented working environment.The chance to play a key role in helping customers transition to clean energy.PensionJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In person
