Business Systems Analyst Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Financial Applications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analysing and documenting business processes, identifying automation opportunities and implementing effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and document business processes, finding opportunities for automation.
* Support and enhance systems such as ERP/CRM platforms.
* Translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
* Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal and IT teams to deliver improvements.
* Monitor system performance and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-4 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or equivalent).
* Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms.
* Understanding of finance/accounting processes.
* Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
