Job Description
A recruitment professional is required to play a pivotal role in connecting the right candidates with the right clients, building strong business relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that support our clients' growth.
You will be responsible for:
* Sourcing high-quality candidates through various channels and conducting thorough interviews to ensure the best fit.
* Managing client relationships, understanding their workforce needs, and providing customized solutions to meet their objectives.
* Conducting site visits to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
* Supporting proposal and tender processes by developing compelling pitches and presentations.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess:
* A minimum of 1 year of recruitment consultancy experience or 2 years of direct sales experience in a target-driven environment.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, enabling you to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Confidence in using Microsoft Word and Outlook to manage documents and correspondence.
* A full, clean driving licence or access to reliable transportation.
