Senior Cloud Systems Engineer
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Linux-based systems and cloud infrastructure. This role requires a thorough understanding of Linux system administration, cloud technologies, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Key Responsibilities:
* - Manage and maintain Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
* - Administer and optimize cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
* - Implement monitoring solutions and resolve system issues promptly.
* - Ensure the security of Linux systems and cloud infrastructure, applying best practices and compliance.
* - Develop and maintain automation scripts for system management and deployment.
* - Implement and manage backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability.
* - Maintain detailed documentation of systems configurations, processes, and procedures.
* - Work closely with other IT team members to support infrastructure and application needs.
* - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, suggesting improvements as needed.
Required Qualifications:
* - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* - Minimum of 5 years of Linux system administration experience.
* - Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
* - Proficiency in shell scripting, system automation, and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
* - Strong understanding of security practices and compliance requirements.
* - Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
