Lead with Purpose: Assistant Director of Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse leader to join our nursing team.



Your Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver tailored care plans to meet individual resident needs
* Oversee clinical standards, complete assessments, and manage resident care plans to support optimal outcomes
* Provide leadership and mentorship to nurses and healthcare assistants, supporting continuous training and development
* Act as a key point of contact for residents and their families, addressing concerns with empathy and working closely with the multidisciplinary team

* Registered General Nurse with active registration on the relevant professional body
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a management role within a healthcare setting
* At least 6 years of experience working in a nursing home or similar setting
* Leadership or management qualification desirable
* Eligibility to work in Ireland
