Well-Known for Excellent Work Life Balance.About The Role:Preparation of cash flow forecasts;Developing financial/appraisal models for investments;Preparing KPI and Board reports re: funding;Managing debt, cash and treasury processes;Involvement in ad-hoc projects.About The Person:Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA - 0-3 Years PQE;Experience in Real Estate investment or development an advantage;A self-starter and motivated;Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels across the organisation;Strong excel and financial analysis/modeling experience.
