You will thrive in a dynamic environment and have a track record of using data and insight to inform decision-making, optimise processes, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.This is a highly visible and impactful opportunity, offering the scope to influence firmwide priorities and contribute to the evolution of a world-class People function.Main ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic partner to designated business units, using data, insight, and market trends to shape workforce planning, talent strategies, and organisational priorities.Build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders and people managers, influencing decisions in alignment with firmwide strategy, culture, and long-term talent objectives.Drive strategic people initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Firm's People Strategy and contributing to the development of future capability across the business.Lead and embed People processes and frameworks (e.g. performance, talent, succession, engagement) ensuring consistency, fairness, and a focus on continuous improvement.Play a key role in change initiatives, supporting transformation projects, organisational design discussions, and firmwide change programmes.Partner cross-functionally across HR, ensuring a seamless and impactful People experience—leveraging Centres of Excellence, People Operations, Learning and Talent teams.Act as a change champion for post-transition adoption of Oracle, supporting leaders and employees in embedding the new system, optimising its use, and driving engagement across assigned business areas.Ensure policies, procedures, and initiatives are future-focused, compliant with evolving legislation, and reflective of best practice in a modern, progressive HR environment.Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency, supporting the Firm's commitment to continuous improvement, digital enablement, and enhanced People experience.Skills and attributes7+ years' experience in a HR Business Partner role with demonstrable strategic impactStrong business and commercial acumen, with an ability to translate business goals into aligned People initiativesDeep understanding of HR best practice, organisational effectiveness, and talent managementExceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior leadersProven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, agile environment while maintaining high standardsStrong analytical capability and ability to use data to guide decisionsDegree in HR or related discipline; CIPD qualification desirableDesirableExperience in professional services or other highly matrixed environmentsPrevious experience with Oracle or involvement in HRIS transitionsWork Location: Dublin, City Quay / Hybrid#LI-ND1
