Job Overview
Key responsibilities include managing our annual One4all Rewards Christmas telesales campaign, engaging with existing and new customers to secure orders for the final quarter of the year. This involves:
* Conducting proactive outreach to repeat and new business customers to solidify their orders for Quarter 4.
* Executing the Annual Christmas direct mail campaign and ensuring seamless entry of corporate orders onto our systems.
* Proactively monitoring the corporate sales inbox and providing timely support to the field and inside sales teams.
* Handling inbound and outbound telesales calls, resolving sales queries efficiently, and processing gift card replacement and credit note requests.
