Your responsibilities will include:
Providing guidance on contractual matters to ensure compliance and risk management
Handling contractual claims and maintaining accurate records for dispute resolution
Identifying cost-saving opportunities and strategies to maximize revenue
Supporting effective cash flow management throughout the project
Negotiating prices and terms with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best value
Ensuring timely closure of final accounts to complete financial obligations efficiently
Compiling and analysing monthly cost reports for accurate financial tracking
Preparing and managing subcontractor and supplier documentation to support procurement and contracts
What you will need:
A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
3+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
NEC experience
