Senior Associate Employment Solicitor
Exciting new opportunity with a leading international law practice for their growing employment team in Dublin. The role would see you working with International Employment Group on a mix of contentious, non-contentious and corporate support work advising domestic and global corporations and high-growth businesses.
Responsibilities
* Working with corporations across industry-sectors impacted by technology,
* Offer a comprehensive range of legal advice across the full spectrum of employment law.
* Provide Expertise on Cross-border projects, Workforce restructuring, corporate transactions, Senior-level appointments and terminations, and complex disputes
* Representation and resolution of claims before the W.R.C. and the Irish courts
* Outsourcing; Benefits and incentives; Performance management; Workplace investigations; Global mobility
* Policies, procedures, and in-house documentation for the protection of confidential information.
* Support the Head of Employment in Ireland and the International Employment Group in all aspects of employment and labour law, including corporate transactions, advisory and litigation work.
* Coordination of cross-border projects, including compliance and restructurings.
Requirements
* 7-25 years PQE with preference for the higher levels of experience
* Solid legal training in a law firm environment.
* Experience in general employment advisory work.
* Experience handling complex employment matters gained in a comparable environment
* Experience of restrictive covenant litigation, including injunctions, and a range of competition and confidential information protection matters would be helpful.
* Desire to work for a truly international firm
The successful candidate is likely to have worked at an international or large domestic law firm and have prior experience in coordinating cross-border projects.
