Overview

Senior Finance Manager - Maternity Cover, Fixed-Term Contract. This role is a 10-month maternity cover fixed-term contract based at our International HQ in Dublin. You will report to the International Finance Director and oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, review journal entries and reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP and local financial reporting standards. People management and auditing experience are essential. Flexible working is offered (work from home if preferred), with in-person collaboration at the Dublin office every Tuesday. Start date: November 2025.


What You Will Do

* Review general ledger tasks/journals across multiple areas during month-end close for several markets across the international business.
* Assist with the end-to-end management of a French entity acquired in 2021.
* Work with stakeholders to ensure accounting records are complete and accurate.
* Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for GL accounts across multiple entities (multi-currency) using Floqast.
* Complete month-end close processes observing internal controls and US GAAP reporting standards.
* Present month-end variance analysis to senior finance leaders.
* People management, coaching and development of direct reports.
* End-to-end management of several local statutory audits across international including review of financial statements.


Who You Are

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, together with a relevant accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
* Minimum of 8 years post-qualified experience.
* Industry experience in an international environment.
* Solid accounting and technical skills (FRS102, IFRS, US GAAP, SOX).
* Proficiency in Oracle R12/R11 GL module is desirable but not essential.
