Job Title: M&E Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities
* M&E coordination of multiple projects in region as allocated by Operations Director
* Deliver high quality snag free projects on time and to meet tender budget margin
* Management of design build projects to meet client requirements as required
* Manage, monitor, and support site management team on M&E packages as required to meet programme, quality standards, budget, and tender margin
* Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times on all projects
* Dispute resolution if required
* Prepare Contractual claims if required
* Assist in estimating projects as directed by Operations Director and senior management
* Management of the release of final retentions on projects as allocated by Operations Director to include
o Agree snag lists with design team and Client
o Allocate snag works to be completed by subcontractors responsible
o Organize and manage Conack snag team to finalize snags outstanding
o Prepare contra charges for subcontractors with back up
o Ensure subcontractor retentions are not paid without contra charges
Skills And Experience
* Academically (Degree) qualified and or relevant experience in the industry
* +5 years’ experience in a M&E Coordinator role
