Lydon House are currently recruiting Restaurant/Bar Managers to work in hospitality settings in Mayo. Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience working in different restaurant and bar settings, evidencing career progression and possess relevant industry and safety qualifications/certification. Previous hands on experience must include the delivery of cost effective bar & restaurant menu offerings, managing staff rosters and associated labour costs, cash and stock control, staff induction and training and a continuous commitment to keeping up to date with food and beverage trends. The roles require a keen eye for detail to consistently deliver a high standard of service to our valued existing and our very welcome new customers. The ability to multitask and manage multi disciplinary teams effectively and professionally is essential as is the flexibility to work in different settings within a reasonable commute within the county. Applicants must be available to work a 5/7 roster which will include daytime and evening shifts.
