About Northern TrustNorthern Trust is a Fortune 500 company with over 130 years of financial experience serving the world’s most sophisticated clients.ResponsibilitiesManage the overall workload of the team, set objectives, track performance against objectives, and conduct performance management of the overall team.Ensure and maintain client service levels for dedicated clients by delivering timely and accurate reports/information and attending operational meetings both internally and externally.Monitor performance to ensure adherence to client Service Level Agreements and attend operational meetings with key clients.Cultivate and maintain working relationships with Relationship Managers, Client Service Delivery Managers, and other Service Managers to meet client service needs.Act as the key client contact within the area of expertise and follow up on day‑to‑day client queries and issue resolution.Identify and address service issues as they arise.Provide technical expertise for new or complex products/services and oversee implementation of new processes to support these products/services on an ongoing basis.Provide management reporting on transactions, including statistics on volume, productivity, new development, and service impact to clients.Assist clients, partners, and staff with complex problem resolution.Balance high‑level operational execution with strategic direction of business function activities.Develop periodic goals, organize work, set short‑term priorities, monitor all activities, and ensure timely and accurate completion of work.Maintain risk management and compliance programs and activities for the assigned group.Knowledge & SkillsExcellent oral and written communication skills.Knowledge of financial industry operations, including fiduciary services and use of trust systems.Analytical and problem‑solving skills.Leadership and organizational skills to develop goals and motivate team members toward those goals.ExperienceA college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementsNorth America: Northern Trust is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
