This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health outcomes by supporting individuals to effectively manage their condition through evidence-based nutritional care. Flexible working arrangements are available, with both full-time and part-time options.Role PurposeThe Senior Dietitian will provide high-quality assessment, education, and intervention for adults and young people with diabetes in a community setting.
