Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and creative Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to support our growing health and safety consultancy business. This dual-role position combines digital marketing duties with essential office administration tasks, ideal for someone proactive and adaptable with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Duties
* Create and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
* Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
* Write and edit content for the website and newsletters
* Track digital engagement analytics and prepare basic reports
* Coordinate with external vendors (graphic designers, printers, etc.)
Administrative Duties
* Handle correspondence from subcontractors
* Maintain digital filing systems and client databases
* Prepare presentations and documentation for client proposals
* Support onboarding and compliance processes for trainers
* Provide general support to the Managing Director and operations team
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in marketing, office administration, or both
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Experience in a professional services or consultancy environment is an advantage
