With its diverse range of programs, CrEd is dedicated to making learning an exciting and innovative journey for participants of all ages.Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for Creative Education Franchisees located in Cork, Ireland. The Franchisee will be responsible for leading, managing, and delivering CrEd’s educational offerings in their region, including drama‑based learning, creative workshops, and bespoke programs tailored to community needs. Day‑to‑day tasks may include program coordination, team management, marketing efforts, engagement with local schools and organizations, and delivering creative education initiatives in line with CrEd’s vision and methodologies. Franchisees will also oversee event organization and ensure compliance with CrEd’s standards.QualificationsEducational Program Delivery: Strong experience in teaching, training, or facilitating creative and educational programs.Creative and Communication Skills: Expertise in drama, public speaking, storytelling, or other creative arts, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.Leadership and Organizational Strengths: Proven ability to manage teams, plan programs, and oversee events with attention to detail and a customer‑focused approach.Marketing and Business Skills: Experience in local marketing initiatives, networking, and managing operations to grow and promote a franchise business.Adaptability and Passion: A proactive mindset, enthusiasm for fostering creativity in education, and a commitment to the CrEd mission in the community.Degree in Education, Performing Arts, Business, or related fields is preferred.Experience in franchise management or early learning settings is a bonus.
