Lead Structural Engineering Manager
This role oversees the operational and commercial performance of a team, reporting to Director/MD level. The successful candidate will lead and manage structural engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and professional development.
Key responsibilities include overseeing design deliverables for ongoing high-quality standards; managing interaction between project teams, clients, stakeholders, and external subconsultants; resource management; budget monitoring; client relationship management; business development including tender bid management.
