We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer on behalf of a client on a contract basis in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead DevOps initiatives and drive automation across our Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments across multiple environments Lead release management processes and coordinate complex multi-org deployments Establish and enforce best practices for version control, branching strategies, and code promotion Implement automated testing frameworks and ensure high-quality code deployment Manage Salesforce metadata and data migration processes Configure and maintain DevOps tools and platforms (Copado, AutoRABIT, Salesforce DevOps Center, or similar) Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment processes and reduce manual effort Monitor system performance and implement monitoring/alerting solutions Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies Document processes, procedures, and architectural decisions Essential Requirements 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce DevOps experience Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) Strong experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as: Copado, AutoRABIT, Gearset, Flosum, or Salesforce DevOps Center Salesforce CLI (SFDX) and Salesforce DX project structure Proficient in version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.) Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar) Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs Experience with automated testing frameworks (Apex tests, Selenium, Provar, etc.) Understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or DevOps specialist certifications preferred) Desirable Skills Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates) Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, Datadog) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience in financial services, healthcare, or regulated industries Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Field Service, or Industry Clouds Experience with data integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend) For more information on this role please apply within.
