They enable clients to focus on their business by delivering dependable onboarding, funding, reconciliation, and reporting support. Their work directly advances Fiserv's mission to help clients meet their customers where they are through reliable FinTech operations.What You Will DoOnboard corporate merchants and implement pricing and contract templatesConfigure terminal entitlements and batch schedules for Channel and Corporate CASExecute bank account changes, modify funding timelines, and optimize funding schedulesManage merchant lifecycle tasks: link/chaining MIDs, process closures, add brands, and handle MCC/TID updatesAdminister reporting and portals, including Insight access and Next Generation Reporting setupInvestigate and resolve reconciliation and authorization queries, and complete booking adjustments for rejected credits/debitsMaintain and update SOPs, perform portfolio amendments, and manage ceiling limitsSupport specialized merchant setups, including gambling merchant configurations and related queriesWhat You Will Need To HaveStrong knowledge of corporate payments operations, settlement mechanics, and multi-currency processingDemonstrated ability to manage merchant onboarding, pricing templates, and terminal configuration workflowsProven analytical capability to reconcile transactions, investigate exceptions, and complete booking adjustmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional coordination and client supportProficiency with payment platforms and reporting tools, and experience administering client portalsWhat Would Be Great To HaveFamiliarity with AIBMS terminal configuration and Clover systemsExperience setting up and supporting gambling merchants and related compliance considerationsBackground in SOP creation, governance, and continuous process improvementHands-on experience with Next Generation Reporting or equivalent merchant reporting platformsUnderstanding of regulatory and risk controls relevant to merchant acquiringThank You For Considering Employment With Fiserv.
