Product Regulatory Engineer
We are looking for a skilled
Product Regulatory Engineer
to lead a global compliance for a companies product range. This role ensures the products meet all relevant international safety, performance, and environmental standards and manages approvals across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain global regulatory compliance strategies.
* Monitor and interpret standards such as CPR, RED, LVD, EMC, RoHS, WEEE, UKCA, UL, CE, BSI, VdS.
* Manage product approvals, certifications, and documentation.
* Coordinate product testing with internal and external labs.
* Act as main contact for Notified Bodies and regulatory authorities.
* Maintain regulatory records and support QMS integration (ISO 9001).
* Support post-market compliance activities.
About You:
* Degree in Engineering, Science, Law, or similar.
* 3+ years' experience in product regulatory roles within manufacturing (ideally electronics).
* Strong knowledge of international regulatory frameworks and product approval processes.
* Experience working with Notified Bodies and certification agencies.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
Desirable:
* Master's degree or regulatory qualification.
* Experience in fire safety/security products.
* Global market access experience.
* Additional languages.
