We're currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate Producer to join us remotely and help take us to the next level, contributing to both ongoing and future projects, including an unannounced title.Role OverviewAs an Associate Producer, you will support the successful delivery of game features and content by coordinating cross‑functional teams within a sprint‑based development environment. You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, artists, and leadership to ensure smooth communication, efficient workflows, and timely delivery of milestones.This role requires someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced development environment. You should be confident facilitating collaboration, maintaining structure, and helping teams stay aligned and unblocked.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day‑to‑day development across cross‑functional teams (pods) within an agile/sprint‑based frameworkRun team meetings (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure clear communication across disciplinesEnforce production processes and workflows while adapting them to team needsMaintain and refine the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholdersTrack progress against milestones, identify risks, and proactively drive mitigation strategiesEscalate blockers and conflicts clearly and effectively to senior production and leadershipSupport scheduling efforts to ensure projects are delivered on time and at the expected qualityCollaborate closely with senior producers and development leads to align priorities and executionMaintain accurate documentation across tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceFacilitate communication across time zones in a remote‑first environmentStrong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail2–4+ years of experience in a production, project management, or similar coordination role (games or related industries)Experience working in agile or sprint‑based development environmentsProficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience maintaining schedules and supporting on‑time project deliveryAbility to identify risks and communicate them clearly to stakeholdersConfidence working with cross‑functional teams and managing competing prioritiesComfort communicating with senior stakeholders and escalating issues when neededAbility to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a collaborative, remote‑first teamWillingness to collaborate across multiple time zones when requiredNice to Have (Bonus Skills)Experience in a QA or Development Production role on shipped titles (1–2+)Experience working on FPS or tactical shooter titles, particularly multiplayerFamiliarity with animation, cinematic, or narrative pipelinesExperience working closely with Level Design and Environment Art teamsBackground in QA processes, including reviewing test cases with developersExperience working in small, independent teams (fewer than 50 people)Understanding of game development pipelines and workflowsPlease Note:For Irish residents, this role is offered as a full‑time employee position.
