Electrical Project Manager - High Voltage Expert
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HV electrical projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven project management skills, and the ability to drive successful project delivery from inception to completion.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring stakeholder management, risk assessment, and a deep understanding of electrical infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HV electrical projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
2. Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and risk management plans.
3. Manage project budgets, resources, and contractual obligations to ensure financial performance.
4. Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.
6. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies for smooth project execution.
7. Provide technical expertise and support during design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
8. Identify and mitigate project risks resolving challenges efficiently.
9. Report on project progress KPIs and deliverables to senior management.
Requirements
Candidates should possess:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering Power Systems or related field.
* Minimum 10+ years of project management experience within HV electrical engineering.
* Strong knowledge of IEC IEEE and national electrical regulations.
* Experience in managing substation transmission and distribution projects.
* Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project Primavera or similar software.
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and forecasts.
* Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Competitive salary €80k - €100k per annum.
