You will oversee the development and delivery of IT tools and standards across Eurofins, supporting in-house product development and deployment in Ireland and worldwide.Location and Business SupportBased in Dublin, you will manage our Application Development Lifecycle Management program and support the GSC IT Solutions Director with cross-program initiatives related to IT tools and shared services.How can you help us?Lead global IT programs, managing budgets, teams, performance, IT strategy, and planning.Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new projects, initiatives, and improve IT organizational efficiency.Make decisions on IT tools roadmaps, including application development, IDE selection, and AI tools for over 1,000 developers.Manage local talent strategies, employee engagement, and organize company events.Handle budget preparation, forecasting, resource planning, and cost control for the IT program.Oversee annual performance reviews and general employee management within the program or business unit.QualificationsMaster's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.At least 12 years of experience in IT or related fields, with 8+ years in senior management or leadership roles.Experience with budget management, forecasting, and P&L.Proficiency with Application Lifecycle Management tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, JFrog Artifactory, Octopus.Strong IT management experience, preferably in large organizations serving internal clients.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams across remote locations.Knowledge of software development processes, tools, and methodologies.Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, GitHub Copilot) are advantageous.Knowledge of custom application development, cloud technologies, and automation.Additional SkillsPost-graduate qualifications in IT leadership or project management are a plus.Software engineering or development background is beneficial.Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industries is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary, bonus, and benefits.Extensive training and development opportunities.Hybrid working setup.Work within a multicultural, cross-regional team in a dynamic environment.Supportive of personal growth and career development.Your Application:Please submit your application in English.Learn More About UsWe support your development, even if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements.
