Job Summary
BareBone is a new restaurant opening on Wexford Street. We focus on contemporary Americana cuisine in a lively, social environment. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen, manage the team, and develop menus that reflect current food trends while maintaining consistency and quality.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all kitchen operations and staff management.
* Design and execute menus in line with contemporary Americana style.
* Keep menus current with food trends and customer expectations.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
* Manage supplier relationships, ordering, stock control, and budgets.
* Train, schedule, and motivate the kitchen team.
* Work with management to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Up to date with current food trends.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Full-time availability and legal right to work in Ireland.
* Multi Site management preferred but not essential
