Solutions Architect
At tn-ireland, we are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with hands-on .Net Development or Java experience. The ideal candidate will also have experience developing Cloud PaaS applications.
This role offers the opportunity to work with various clients from global scale, right down to SMEs based here in Ireland. You will be working on cutting-edge technologies with an experienced team of Architects.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define, architect, and design solutions tailored to meet customer project requirements.
* Conduct client discovery workshops, gather and document requirements.
* Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers towards solutions with the highest potential for sustained success.
* Establish and steer technical vision and strategy, offering insightful thought leadership.
* Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Scrum Masters to ensure deliverables align with business benefits and adhere to established standards, policies, and design conventions.
* Foster relationships with IT stakeholders at client organizations, helping them understand how Microsoft technology solutions (Cloud-hosted .Net Applications/Power Platform/Dataverse) integrate into their overarching technology strategy.
* Grasp the fundamentals of Microservice Architecture.
* Show understanding and hands-on experience in Event-Driven Architecture.
* Deepen expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem through practical training and exploration across customization, integration, and service delivery domains.
* Collaborate with external vendors covering all IT aspects, spanning Architecture, Development, Testing, and Support, ensuring optimal delivery while upholding quality benchmarks.
Required Skills:
* Proficient coding background in languages such as C#, and .NET Core.
* Considerable familiarity with web technologies, including TypeScript, JavaScript & jQuery, as well as HTML5, among others.
* Significant proficiency in creating and querying Web APIs (REST, XML, JSON) and Web Services.
* Evidenced skill in conceptualizing and crafting solutions through Microsoft platform technologies, encompassing .Net Applications, Dynamics CRM (On-prem & D365), Power Platform/Dataverse, and Power Automate.
* Demonstrated grasp of data integration and migrating applications to Cloud environments.
* In-depth comprehension of Microsoft or Open-Source stack products, paired with expertise in enterprise digital identity and security.
* Robust familiarity with CI/CD processes, utilizing tools like Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) or Jenkins, etc.
* Insight into diverse cloud architectures and strategies (public, private, and hybrid).
* Sound skills in Database Design & Database querying. Nice to have.
* Experience with Azure cloud services, PaaS, Batch Services, Microservices Architecture, and Serverless approaches is beneficial.
* Bonus points for experience in application development for CRM or ERP systems.
