Supporting the Service Department by coordinating field service operations, managing scheduling and service requests, and providing administrative support.
This includes handling travel arrangements, processing billing, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between the field service team, management, and clients.
The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks, optimize efficiency, and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
