Main Duties/Responsibilities:

* Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for security, bar, floor, and kitchen teams.

* Promoting and coordinating events from bookings to delivery in a professional and personal manner.

* Participating in regular team and management meetings and reporting weekly to the company director.

* Aware of industry trends and competitors.

* Human Resources skills such as recruitment, selection, training, and retaining a united team.

* Social media management.

* Driving sales and setting and achieving financial goals.

* Exercising good financial control through labor and stock management, controlling all costs and minimizing waste.

* Maintaining accurate daily internal financial records and following company cash handling policies and procedures.

* Complying with legislation regarding health, safety, hygiene, and licensing laws.

* Liaising with security personnel to ensure high standards of health and safety are implemented nightly.

* Monitoring the maintenance of the premises and equipment and taking action or making recommendations as needed.
