Excel Recruitment are seeking applications from experienced Conference & Banqueting professionals for an Assistant C&B Manager with specific responsibility for bars management. This is a new and exciting role and will offer the successful candidate scope to work within a large conference department.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years experience managing bars, ideally in a busy C&B property
2. Experience and sound understanding of C&B department operations
3. Excellent communication skills and confidence to lead a team to execute high volume events
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where multi-tasking and prioritising tasks will be essential
