My client is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Solutions Architect to join a growing team. They seek an architect with deep knowledge of cyber security who enjoys solving IT & OT security problems and wants to join an international IT consultancy with a great work culture, experiencing rapid growth in Ireland.

The Role
The Cyber Security Solution Architect will define and design solutions tailored to the cyber security needs across various business verticals. You will collaborate with business teams, clients, and techno-functional experts across cyber domains, translating complex security concepts into practical solutions.
You will develop and deliver techno-business presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements to showcase solutions. You will understand client requirements, define, design, and orchestrate cyber security solutions, and respond to RFQ, RFI, and RFP processes by working with the account team, pre-sales, solution architects, and SMEs to deliver best-in-class solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide insights into industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
You will also work with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements. Participation in developing sales strategies and contributing to the growth of the cyber security business is essential. Strong storytelling, consultative solution selling, articulation, negotiation skills, and the ability to connect with CXOs are required to drive proactive business development and influence decision-makers.
Skills/Experience Needed
Minimum 10+ years of industry experience. Ability to conduct thorough assessments of client environments to identify security gaps and recommend solutions. Domain expertise in at least two of the following: Identity & Access Management (PAM, IGA), Enterprise Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, MDR/SOC, OT Security. Experience assessing the fitment of cyber security technologies and products across these domains. Proficiency with security tools and technologies. Strong presentation and articulation skills to communicate the value propositions of cyber security products and services to clients and stakeholders.
