We are looking for an experienced
IT Solution Sales Manager
to join our client in Dublin and to support enterprise customers and partners through solution design, pre-sales activities, and market development. This role suits a technically strong professional with a commercial mindset and a passion for enterprise IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead enterprise IT solution and product pre-sales activities with customers and partners, including workshops, presentations, solution design, quotations, and partner enablement.
* Analyze the enterprise IT market and contribute to the development of corresponding sales and go-to-market strategies.
* Gather and understand customer requirements, working closely with R&D teams to support feature and function development.
* Take solution ownership for project bidding and tender processes.
* Act as a speaker and technical representative at customer events and marketing activities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT, storage, or data center environments.
* Strong knowledge of storage, cloud, and server solutions and products.
* Solid technical understanding combined with enthusiasm for new technologies and their commercial applications.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a competitive environment.
* Open-minded, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure.
* Proven capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
