Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.

* Maintain and continually improve our Health & Safety Management System according to ISO 45001 guidelines.
* Manage compliance with ISO 14001 certification and ensure ongoing improvement.
* Maintain and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001 requirements.
* Coordinate global product approvals for our products, including CE, UKCA, UL, EN standards, and other regional certifications.
* Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
* Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities, auditors, and certification bodies.
* Hold a degree in Engineering, Quality, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
* Possess at least 5 years of experience in compliance, quality, or regulatory affairs, preferably within manufacturing or electronics.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional knowledge of compliance management systems, strong leadership and influencing skills, analytical mindset, effective communication skills, project management and organisational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and compliance management tools.
