Our Client, a company based in North County Dublin, has instructed Link Personnel to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role will report into the Senior Management. This is a fully office based, permanent position. For more information, Call Emma Skelton. Salary: to €40K DOE Duties: Process and check all invoices. Month-end reconciliations of all supplier accounts. Dealing with credit note requests. Managing payments when requested. Reconciling credit care and debit card transactions. Answering phones when needed. Other Ad-Hoc duties as required. Experience: 2 years+ previous experience in a similar position is desirable. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Sage 50. Strong customer service skills. Good attention to detail with a flexible approach to work. Good problem solver with an ability to work under pressure.
