The INN at Dromoland - are currently recruiting for Food & Beverage Servers to join our team on a part-time basis across our food outlets. Flexibility is essential for this role.
Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including midweek and weekend shifts, shifts vary from start times of: 1:00pm, 3:00pm or 5:00pm (subject to business levels)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure customers are served efficiently, accurately, and courteously, in line with hotel standards.
* Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, ensuring all food and beverage service areas are clean, tidy, and prepared for service at all times.
* Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner and seat them where appropriate.
* Regularly check guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and ensure polite and attentive service.
* Maintain a close working relationship with the Kitchen Team.
* Develop a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to communicate confidently with guests.
* Deliver efficient service with minimal delay or disruption.
* Ensure a full handover is completed with the on-coming shift, including checklists, reports, and outstanding tasks.
Candidate Criteria:
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is required.
* Excellent attention to detail and high service standards.
* Well organised with the ability to work under pressure.
* Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
* Bar experience is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
* Knowledge with IT apps as this role will involve working with systems when putting through orders.
