Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our clients IT operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll play a key role in driving process improvements, supporting transformation projects, and ensuring new technologies are effectively embedded across the business.
Location & Contract
* Dublin 2 based - 3 days in office

* 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
* €60k - €70k base + benefits
What You’ll Do
* Analyse, design, and optimise IT operations and business processes.
* Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define “AS-IS” and “TO-BE” processes.
* Translate business needs into technical specifications.
* Support the selection and implementation of new IT toolsets.
* Create documentation and support change adoption across teams.
What You Bring
* 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital transformation.
* Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and IT operations processes.
* Experience with business process optimisation and ITSM tools.
* Relevant certifications (ECBA, CCBA, ITIL Foundation); Lean/Agile a plus.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
