Please visit our website: Job Description Supporting the Programme Management Office by assisting with project management processes, project controls, data analysis and project reporting.
The Junior PMO analyst will be responsible for gathering project data, preparing reports and supporting the wider PMO Implementing, administering, and maintaining procedures to track project spend and forecasts.
Data gathering and analysis Programme management Office support Assisting project team to develop status reports to keep management informed on project progress.
Interacting with and assisting the project managers to schedule work and coordinate assignments.
Working with full PMO team to ensure alignment of project information.
Assisting in the development of reporting tracking tools.
Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Skills & Behaviours Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to perform the above responsibilities.
Can produce high quality reports in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Power BI.
Capability in the use of Excel with ability to write macros to create automated dashboards, graphs, and tables.
Ability to forge effective relationships with stakeholders and interfacing functions.
Strong communicator, (both written and verbal), to liaise with the client, contractors and designers.
Works to make positive change happen by embracing challenges and opportunities for our clients.
Effectively connects and communicates with people to collaborate to deliver our best work.
Brings out the best in everyone by helping each other making the most of their potential through proactive collaboration and effective teamworking.

Qualifications Third Level degree 1-3 years post graduate experience working in a similar position Practical experience of using MS Excel and other MS applications is essential.
An understanding of a programme management office and project management principles, methodologies and tools.
An understanding of Project Controls (Scheduling, Cost, Risk Management, Reporting, Change Control) is desirable.
Demonstrable experience in identifying reporting and data requirements and documenting these using the appropriate types of tools and documentation is desirable.
