About the Role: We are seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support the recruitment of healthcare professionals based in Galway, Ireland on a temporary contract for 1 month.
This role plays a key part in coordinating the recruitment process, liaising with candidates, and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial phone screenings and candidate assessments to identify suitable applicants.
Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate compliance - up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role.
Knowledge of social media platforms and job boards for candidate attraction.
Strong skills in compliance with high attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Role is available immediately, office based, working hours 9am-5.30pm.
