Hiring Manager – Talent Acquisition Specialist
This role focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience. As part of our team, you will execute project-based hiring initiatives to support business growth, operational change, and site expansion.
You will partner with site and department leaders to plan and meet workforce requirements. This includes managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and direct sourcing activities.
Your responsibilities will also include coordinating interviews, offers, onboarding, and agency relationships. Additionally, you will track recruitment activity and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
