This is an office-based, outbound-focused sales role at a company that genuinely invests in its people and rewards performance.
The Role – Sales Specialist (Equipment & Services)
You’ll be helping dental and medical practices across Ireland find the right tools for the job - from replacement kit to brand-new setups.
You’ll handle inbound leads, generate new ones, and work closely with field sales to bring in new business.
️ Full-cycle sales - from lead to close to post-sale handover
️ High call volumes with quick sales cycles
️ Phone, video, and online presentations are your bread & butter
️ You’ll sell equipment, upsell service contracts, and build long-term relationships
What You’ll Bring
1 years of outbound sales experience (B2B OR B2C)
Confidence selling over phone, video, and email
Strong communication skills and sharp commercial instincts
Comfortable in a high-activity, fast-paced environment
Equipment sales experience is a bonus (not essential)
